We will help you determine whether you qualify for protection under Chapter 7 of the bankruptcy law and will handle all filings, as well as meetings with creditors, the bankruptcy trustee and the bankruptcy court.
- Chapter 13 bankruptcy. If you fail to qualify for Chapter 7 or if you want to repay your creditors over a 3 to 5 year period, we will help you file for a Chapter 13 debt reorganization plan.
- Chapter 11 bankruptcy. If you want to restructure or reorganize business debt, our experienced bankruptcy attorneys will help you file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. We will review all proposed repayment plans and act as your advocate in all dealings with creditors.
